Roots...

Born and raised on a South Dakota farm.  Served in the Korean War as an E5 Tank Commander.  I received my first insurance license directly on my 24th Birthday in 1954 and still maintain my license 62 years later!!

 

Experience...

While much of my life has been in both Life and Health insurance, I also enjoyed being active in the church as a Deacon and leader for the boys group Royal Rangers.  On the civic side, I've been involved in the Gideons and the Lions.  In fact, I had the great honor of hand delivering 700 eye glasses to a Lions club in the Philippines where I helped distribute them.

 

Goals...

I'm happy to see my value of providing caring service being extended through my son as he continues to grow the business.  While I'm now semi-retired, I enjoy spending winter months in Mesa Arizona and traveling.  This past year we spent 3 weeks in February in Thailand and Myanmar visiting my daughter.  This year my wife and I had a great new experience in Cancun.  Would you believe an 86 year old codger had his 81 year old wife up in a ParaSail with her shouting Faster, FASTER!!
